He grew up in Native American witchcraft and spiritual syncretism, blending Navajo tradition, peyote ceremonies, and prayers to the fire, until Jesus appeared to him face to face.

In this powerful true story, Lathal, a young Navajo man raised in witchcraft, alcoholism, and darkness, shares how Jesus Christ appeared to him in person, spoke to him by name, and delivered him completely.

After years trapped in addiction and spiritual torment, he cried out for help, and a bright light filled his room. Jesus stood before him and said, “I forgive you. I died for you. I love you.” What followed was a life-changing deliverance encounter where every demonic chain was broken, from alcohol and lust to generational curses.

But that was only the beginning. Jesus visited Lathal multiple times, revealing powerful messages of repentance, freedom, and discipleship, and calling him to renounce all syncretism and witchcraft tied to his traditional Navajo faith.

In obedience to Jesus, Lathal destroyed every sacred feather, crystal, and ceremonial item, knowing it might cost him everything. He did lose something precious: his own brother walked away from him after he publicly denounced his Navajo faith. What a precious example of truly counting the cost!
