Original youtube description:

Anytime I work with children, at least one usually tells me they’re hurt or not feeling well.

Like today. A little boy approached me and told me he was in pain. Actually, a few kids came up to me throughout the day, letting me know they weren’t feeling well.

I had the opportunity to declare God’s healing over 3 kiddos today.

One of the kids and I prayed a few times before all the pain left. The first time, he still felt it. The second time, the pain decreased but was still there. But the third time, he suddenly shouted, “It worked!”

In a room full of kids, he beamed with excitement. He couldn’t stop smiling.

He repeated a simple prayer with me and then said, “Thank You, Jesus, for healing me.”

And then we saw something amazing—the bruise on his body literally changed in front of us. When we first started praying, it was clearly bruised, but by the third time, its appearance had noticeably changed.

He was the one who noticed it first and eagerly showed me.

About 11 minutes after praying, he drew a cross on a piece of paper and said, “Jesus.”

I responded, “Yes, Jesus died on the cross.”

And this wasn’t even a Christian school though some of the kids have come up to me and let me know they know Jesus after they hear my music/hear me talking about Him!

The child ran off to do an activity but came back about 14 minutes later, pointed to the spot where he had been hurt, and said, “It doesn’t hurt anymore because of Jesus.”

He kept coming back to testify and talk to me, full of excitement. Then he wanted to go deeper. He started talking about the Bible and God’s power. We talked about carrying our cross daily, moving in God’s power, and how Jesus has work for us to do.

About 10 minutes later, he carefully cut out the cross he had drawn and handed it to me as a gift to take home with me. Then, not long after, he said something that stuck with me: “Jesus healed me fast.”

I’ve seen many people get healed. Each person responds differently. But I have never seen someone this excited before. And I’ve never had a five-year-old truly grasp and declare over and over again that Jesus just healed him.

There is no junior Holy Spirit. Jesus is moving in kids, and it’s so beautiful to see.
