So its well documented that alot of teens in today’s fast paced suffer from depression. Its also well known that people don’t want to talk about it and admit that are dealing with that some form of depression because of the negative stigma that comes with it.

I do suffer from it, but I choose life everyday to try and be better. I do know for a fact that in my life its not through my own strength that I am able to overcome the mental struggle of everyday life but it’s true the grace of God❤️.

I do hope you are encouraged by my testimony cause as I say this, it truly wasn’t easy to record this message from myself to the world but the hope is that what God did for me, he can certainly do for someone else 🙏🏼.
