Original youtube description:
Facing up to 40 years behind bars for a crime he maintained he didn’t commit, a young man from Liberia saw his life completely turn around in the darkest place imaginable. In this powerful testimony, Apostle Augustine Carew opens up about the night a brilliant light filled his prison cell, leading to a personal encounter with Jesus Christ that changed everything.
Born and raised as a Muslim in Liberia before moving to America, Augustine found himself behind bars after a tragic shooting at a party. While in jail, he began reading the Bible, which led to a life-changing vision and visitations from the Lord. He shares how Jesus revealed Himself, showed His wounds, and called him to minister to the next generation. Augustine also recounts encounters with angels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, who brought insight into spiritual warfare, before the charges against him were dropped and he walked out a free man.
Today, Apostle Augustine leads House of Prayer Kingdom Ministry in Pennsylvania, preaching repentance, salvation, and God’s mercy.
