Tom was diagnosed with cancer as a teenager. Instead of getting help his father took out a life insurance policy on him. Left to navigate sickness betrayal and abandonment alone Tom turned to what he knew. Alcohol. Biker gangs. Anything to numb the pain of being left behind by the people who were supposed to protect him.

He lived hard and fast for years. But no matter how far he ran the darkness followed. Then Jesus showed up.
