Nicole Strampel grew up believing miracles and supernatural healing weren’t for today. Then she witnessed what she believed was a miracle—and everything she thought about prayer, healing, faith, and hearing God began to change.

In this Christian testimony, Nicole shares how she went from skepticism to praying for others, wrestling with arthritis, asking whether she deserved healing, and learning what it means to walk in step with the Holy Spirit.

After seeing a woman’s restricted hand change during prayer and watching her leave without her cane, Nicole wondered whether the moment had somehow been staged. That skepticism became the start of a deeper journey into healing, faith, and obedience.

Soon the question became personal. Nicole had moderate-to-severe arthritis in her right knee and was carrying guilt over her own health choices: “If I did this to myself, do I deserve to be healed?” She shares what happened after she prayed for healing, did ten squats, noticed changes in her pain, and later spoke with an orthopedic surgeon about an MRI taken before that prayer event.

Nicole also recounts praying for others, including a woman with hypothyroidism during a mission trip to El Salvador, and later receiving reports of improvement. These healing stories are Nicole’s personal testimony and recollection, not independently verified medical evidence.

But this episode is about more than miracles. Nicole talks about doubt, surrender, pride, obedience, unanswered prayer, and learning to trust God rather than trying to make something happen herself. Near the end, she shares a throne-room vision that shaped how she understands God’s love, prayer, and intimacy with Him.
