He was an atheist battling depression who tried to throw himself out a window — and the window wouldn’t break. Then God called him by name.

This is Howard Olsen’s story.

For two years Howard lost everything: his job, his finances, his purpose, and eventually his desire to live. He didn’t believe in God. He wasn’t searching for answers. But at the lowest point of his life, he heard an audible voice call his name and tell him that God had a plan for him.

What followed changed everything.

Howard describes floating out of his own body and watching himself from the ceiling, encountering a towering white light, and hearing words that would later be repeated almost word-for-word by a pastor who had never met him.

The man who once wanted to end his life became someone who now encourages thousands of people, prays for the sick, and has witnessed remarkable answers to prayer.

This was one of the very first interviews ever recorded for Jan The Miracle Hunter. We’ve re-edited it, enhanced it with new visuals, and brought it back because Howard’s testimony is too powerful to leave behind.
