Although Randall was already a believer and involved in ministry, he admits that he was living a divided life and knowingly making choices that went against his faith. Everything changed after a serious accident led to an experience that would transform his relationship with God forever.

Randall describes encountering the reality of eternity, experiencing the overwhelming authority and mercy of God, and being shown remarkable glimpses of heaven. What impacted him most was not fear, but the love, patience, and personal care of God the Father.

He shares how God showed him that nothing in our lives is forgotten, including our disappointments, gifts, passions, and the things that matter deeply to us. He also describes being given another opportunity to return and share what he had learned.
