In this powerful testimony, Steve Kang shares how he went from being a devoted Buddhist who believed in reincarnation to becoming a pastor and evangelist after a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ.
Born in South Korea, Steve spent years meditating, chanting, and seeking spiritual truth through Buddhism. During college, a financial crisis, drug use, severe sleep deprivation, and a mental-health emergency brought him to the lowest point of his life.
While fighting for his life, Steve says he experienced the terrifying reality of hell. After Christians prayed for him during emergency surgery, he survived, accepted Jesus, and began a completely new journey of faith.
Steve also shares his experience of heaven, the love of God, his healing from addiction and mental distress, and how Jesus transformed his life, family, purpose, and future.
Today, Steve serves as a pastor, missionary, and evangelist. His message is simple: no one is too lost, too broken, or too far from God to be saved.
