A year after my injury I finally forgive the person I felt was responsible for my accident, only to find myself face to face with him at a gas station minutes later. What happened next was simply astonishing.
God is ever present, even in our dark times when we may not feel it. I encourage you to look to Him, and not to live in the prison created by the negative emotions. Instead of isolating yourself, find support. Be obsessive about finding the good in the situation (its there somewhere!), consider serving others, pray! There is always hope! Life is too precious to live it in anger, bitterness, and fear.
