Please allow me to share something the Lord revealed to me in prayer a few years back that others need to hear about. God imparted to me that though spiritual darkness is only going to be on the increase … so will hunger for God and truth about eternity and reality of the Judgment Day INCREASE. (I believe Isaiah 60:1-3 alerted us to this long ago). He shared with me that multitudes will be letting Jesus be their Lord and Savior through resources such as these Real Life Stories Testimony Books … BUT. But so many of them will NOT be openly expressing their faith in Him unless forced to. “Secret agent Christians” in other words. “Most will not attend a local church fellowship, nor associate all that much with other Christian believers, but I will honor their desire to be saved from their sins so they can have assurance that their sins will NOT be held against them on their Judgment Day. Those who will be saved ‘as by fire’” (See: 1 Cor. 3:15)
Hence, I am 100% persuaded that God is looking for MORE “Jesus army RECRUITERS” to go out into the highways and byways to where the hungry fish ARE, because most of them are NOT going to show up at the local brick and mortar church fellowship on the street corner on Sunday going forward searching for spiritual food (Though many will find fellowship with other believers in the smaller home setting were acceptance can be found and the matter of needing $$$ to pay “overhead” isn’t being pushed, much like when Christians met in the time of Acts when the church first started).
“And the master said to the servant, ‘Go out to the highways and hedges and compel people to come in, that my house may be filled.” (Luke 14:23)
The “house” in the above passage means THE KINGDOM OF GOD. Where is this “house” found? It’s found inside every person who has placed their steadfast trust in Jesus Christ ALONE to save them from the penalty for their sins because of what He accomplished for them on the Cross.
