The Old Paths: God’s Forgotten Highway Jeremiah 6:16 | 1 Corinthians 3:10-11 | John 5:22-27

In a time of great spiritual confusion, this sermon calls God’s people back to the foundation of truth laid at the beginning of the Advent movement. Drawing from the counsel of Scripture and the Spirit of Prophecy, we expose how new platforms built on human opinion—such as the 1888 departures into pantheism—have undermined the pillars of our faith. Is God on trial? Or are we? This message answers a critical question: who truly stands in judgment? Scripture clearly teaches that God is Judge—not on trial. We are the ones being tested/judged. But in the thousand years to come, the saints will sit with Christ in judgment over the wicked (Revelation 20:4). Time and place must be considered. We also uncover the dangerous drift into pantheism by Waggoner and Kellogg, and the false gospel that undermines God’s justice. This comes well before the Kellogg 1903 fiasco. This deception leads away from the solid platform of 1844 and replaces it with man-made tradition.
