The Message from John Chapter 3 – Jesus and Nicodemus

We will read the third chapter from the Word of God. Many of you are familiar with this passage, but I want to remind you again:

The universal message of the Bible is this: Jesus Christ, repentance, and salvation.

John 3 begins with a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish leader who came to Jesus at night and said: “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher who has come from God. For no one can perform the signs You are doing if God were not with Him.”

This was his confession—he knew Jesus was from God.

But Jesus answered him: “Truly, truly, I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Nicodemus was confused. He asked: “How can someone be born again when he is old? Can he enter his mother’s womb a second time?”

Jesus replied: “Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. Do not be surprised when I say, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

🙌 My Testimony – From Darkness to Light

I accepted Jesus Christ 28 years ago. Before that, I worshipped idols, went to shrines, and followed other gods. My family and I followed many spiritual rituals, even keeping sacred breads (rotis) in bowls, believing in superstitions for blessings. But nothing changed.

I got married on 19th June 1988. For seven years, we were childless. In our desperation, we kept seeking help through shrines. One day, a man of God shared the Word and said: “Give your life to Jesus Christ.” That day, we surrendered our lives to Jesus—and everything changed.

God gave us a child, and we named him Eziel. Later, He blessed us with two more sons, Daniel and another, just at the right time. Today, they serve the Lord faithfully. God made the impossible possible in our lives!

🔁 What It Means to Be Born Again

Being born again means repentance.

It means believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It means letting go of the old life and receiving a new life from God.

Without this spiritual birth, no one can see or enter the kingdom of God. You must repent, believe in Christ, and surrender your life completely.

Only then will you receive the Holy Spirit and begin a new life filled with purpose, healing, and salvation.

✝️ Jesus – The Only Way to Eternal Life

There is no one like Jesus. He died for our sins. He was buried. And on the third day, He rose again.

If He had not risen from the dead, we would have no message, no salvation, and no hope.

But the tomb is empty—and because He lives, we also will live.

🙏 A Call to Repentance

If you want to be born again… If you want freedom from sin, peace in your life, and hope for eternity… Then stand where you are and pray.

Don’t be ashamed. Don’t look back. Repent, believe in Jesus Christ, and receive the kingdom of God today.

He is waiting with open arms to save you, forgive you, and give you a new beginning.
