I’ll also come in just to mention the android app “TryCamel”. Being able to conveniently add things when on mobile was a game changer for me.
I would predict even more botting would be used to influence likes/dislikes as limiting them would make them even more influential.
I’d also bet on their being even more useless comments saying expressing people’s like or dislike of something, which might be good for engagement numbers but bad for overall conversation.

The hottest I’ve been in was 117°F (47.2°C) when I lived in Las Vegas. Was actually slated for a 10 mile run that day, but it was mercifully cut down to 4 miles.
Coldest without windchill would be -35°F (-37°C), just a couple of winters ago. I’m surprised it’s not lower, not too far from here a city set the state record at -60°F (-51°C) not too long ago.
They will absolutely use this as a way to grub for money. It’s early, so I can’t think of how exactly they would spin this as a public safety need, but I’m sure there is a way they will twist it.
I do this when doing yard work. Can feel great to have a little cool down, and really keeps them off me when doing anything stationary. Hell, I’ve even rigged up a little one that clamps on to my lawn tractor to blow at me while driving.
