yes i was using the standard web interface. most likely your app hasn’t implemented it yet

How would that even work? afaik lemmy can only see communities. would it show up as a huge stream in one community?

I miss being able to subscribe to a post and get notifications when there are new comments. It was an RES feature.

At least for your instance, or for looking one instance at a time, you can see which instances they federate and defederate with by scrolling to the bottom and clicking “instances”

Or go to the url of the form “<instance domain>/instances”

yeah, it’s completely free so making a new acc is just easier. hope you had some fun with it.

Small tip: you don’t have to search with an exact link there, simply searching for “Swift” would’ve found your instance.

Isn’t that what Graze does for Mastodon? Allows you to interact with remote accounts and posts without logging in each time. I imagine Lemmy would need something similar
