As others have said, so what? It’s decentralized platform. If you don’t want to interact with them, then don’t. Nobody runs lemmy. It’s a collection of instances communicating with each other. That is the beauty of it.

I cant seem to find it, but I believe I saw someone mention this feature is being worked on and is on their github.
Yep, I’m using lemmy.world mostly as a trial period, but I plan on getting on my own instance to help reduce the load on the community any way I can. Will probably get a few friends on it as well.
You only need one account and that will allow you to post and comment on other instances.
