I switched to Liftoff from Jerboa.
There are a few features that either don’t exist or I haven’t found (jump to next comments thread), but it’s worked really well overall.

Yeah, conversely my kids’ use iPhones and they, and their iPods back in the day, are more troublesome than my and my wife’s Androids (Galaxies, Pixels, One+)
The kids are only on iPhones because they were the smallest form factors for sale at the time. Little kids have little pockets
My now 19 yo has a host of food allergies as well. It’s amazing how much better the non-egg/milk/gluten options are and how easy(ish) they are to find
10 years ago we were bulk ordering crackers from the US (we’re in Canada) because finding the ones we liked here was akin to winning the lottery. Now, two local grocery stores carry them
Eating out is still a challenge, but it’s getting better

I just noticed that thanks to your comment. I hope it stays that way on Lemmie - karma farming leads to a lot of low quality content, including bot reposts
