Not a doctor but most likely. I’ve heard a lot about it but I’ve been working out and trying spicy food for a long time but its never a fun time.
This kinda did the opposite for me because all spicy food is just pain for me. No enjoyment.
I mean I do work out, I just never enjoy it.
Maybe you were just lucky, I’ve been here for a month and from day one there were bare asses on my feed.

Much like reddit, facebook or other apps with dms, only the instance owners (of the instances the users belong to) can see them. They aren’t encrypted. There was some work on e2ee messages on the Mastodon side but it stagnated.
Go to your instance, click ok search and paste each one in there, then you can just access them like regular subreddits. If you access them like regular links you wont be able to sub to them since your account is in another instance.
